We hold real distribution accounts with TCP, EDIPAI, Gielight and JEE Lighting. You order online at distributor pricing, the manufacturer ships it to your job site, and nobody in between takes a cut. Any address in the fifty states.
Buying commercial lighting has two bad options. The local supply house marks it up to pay for a branch, a counter and a sales rep, and half the time the fixture you want is a two week special order anyway. The big online lighting sites are cheaper but they are catalogs, not distributors, and you are on your own to work out whether the fixture is any good.
We built the third option. Distributor pricing, published specs, and a person who knows what a photometric file is.
Why contractors buy here
- No account application and no wholesale gate. The price on the page is the price. You do not have to email a rep, get approved, or log into a tier to see what something costs.
- No minimum order. One wall pack ships the same as four hundred high bays.
- The spec sheet is on the page. Photometrics, UL file number, DLC listing, lumen output at every switch position, warranty term. Not a marketing PDF. If we cannot produce a real spec sheet for a fixture, we do not list it.
- We are not pushing a brand. We carry four lines and we get paid the same either way. If TCP is the right answer we will say TCP. If the Gielight is better for your job and cheaper, we will tell you that instead.
- Freight is quoted to your actual address before you pay. Build the order, check out without paying, and we come back with the real freight number and a payment link. Nothing is charged until you approve the total. No surprise liftgate charge after the fact.
- Mixed orders on one quote. Put TCP high bays and Gielight panels on the same order. One freight quote, one invoice.
- It ships from the manufacturer. Not from a regional branch that has to order it first. That is where the price comes from.
What we will not sell you
There is a lot of cheap commercial LED online and most of it is the same three factories with different labels on the box. We pulled fixtures off this site for failing the right hand column.

- A UL or ETL file number you can look up
- DLC listings the manufacturer holds themselves
- LM-79 and LM-80 test data, published photometrics
- Companies that will still exist in year four to honour a claim
- No-name marketplace product with nobody standing behind it
- Knockoffs built to look like somebody else's fixture
- A UL or ETL file that belongs to a different company
- One year warranties from a seller who will be gone by then
- Lumen numbers nobody ever tested

How ordering works
Nothing is charged until you approve the total. If the freight comes back higher than the job can carry, tell us and we will look at splitting it or changing the pack.

Shipping
Anywhere in the United States. Parcel or LTL freight depending on size, quoted to the address before anything is charged. Job site delivery, liftgate and limited access are all available and get priced into the quote rather than added to the invoice afterward.
On rebates. Most commercial retrofits qualify for a utility rebate and most of them go unclaimed. Every fixture page here shows the DLC listing your utility will ask for, and our short guide explains how to check what your program pays. If you want somebody to run the whole submission for you, our sister company The LED WAY does that in Florida and across the Northeast. Ask and we will tell you whether your territory is one of them.

No. Anyone can order at the listed price. If you are tax exempt, send the certificate before you check out and we will apply it.
No. Single fixtures ship the same way pallets do, at the same pricing.
Yes. Give us the site address at checkout. If it needs a liftgate or has limited access, say so and we will price it into the freight quote.
Most stocked fixtures leave the manufacturer's warehouse within one to three business days. Transit depends on distance and whether it moves parcel or LTL.
Yes, and it is the fastest way to work with us on anything large. Send the fixture schedule or just the counts and ceiling heights and we will spec it and price it.
